Chest Width: Measured across the shirt approximately 1″ below the armholes while laid flat.
Body Length: Measured from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem at the back.
Sleeve: Measured from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, to the sleeve hem.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
For the easiest comparison, grab a T-shirt that already fits you well, lay it flat, and measure straight across the chest about 1″ below the armholes. Compare that measurement to the Chest Width above.
For body measurements, measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape level and your arms relaxed at your sides.
